Kundalini Bodywork (Online)
Deep somatic practice for releasing trauma, preparing the body for a higher state of consciousness.
Service Description
Kundalini Somatics is an embodied path of remembering. It is a journey from contraction into expansion, from numbness into feeling, from survival into aliveness. Each session is a doorway back into your body as a living temple. For many, the beginning of this work is about releasing emotional weight, unwinding stress, and gently meeting the places shaped by childhood or relational trauma. As the body begins to feel safe again, the practice naturally opens into a tantric way of being—one that awakens pleasure, creativity, and the power to consciously shape your life from the inside out. In a session, we work with what is often called the body’s “armor”—the layers of tension and protection that form over time through lived experiences. This armor holds unexpressed emotions, unspoken truths, and habitual patterns of self-protection. It can carry fear, grief, shame, confusion, or exhaustion, subtly influencing how we think, feel, and move through the world. Through breath, presence, intuitive touch, and somatic guidance, these layers begin to soften. The nervous system recalibrates. The body remembers how to exhale. Space returns. This armor also restricts the natural flow of life-force energy—Kundalini—within us. When this current is blocked, we may feel disconnected, uninspired, or dimmed. As it begins to move freely, a new quality of vitality emerges: clarity, magnetism, emotional truth, creative fire, and a grounded sense of pleasure. We become more intimate with our needs and boundaries, more honest with our desires, and more at home in ourselves. Kundalini Somatics is often woven with Shaktipat, especially in this era of collective awakening through the body. Together, these practices support a deep return into embodied presence—where the body becomes a bridge between spirit and matter, and your inner world begins to harmonize with the life you are creating. When this practice done correctly: 1. Develop the capacity of the nervous system to hold more energy 2. Clear negativity, and let go of old thought patterns, addictions and behaviors 3. Take pain and trauma out of the body on a cellular level, reprogramming cells to a higher vibration 4. Manifest intentions 5. Start a spiritual awakening process That the energy itself has an innate intelligence. The practitioner’s role is often to "surrender and allow" rather than force, letting the energy move where the body needs it most for healing and nervous system regulation.
